PRODUKTDETAILS

This comes in a large box with everything very well packaged. The necessary hardware is also included, but lightbulbs will need to be purchased. This has a better quality than I expected. Especially the glass spheres were well made and look elegant.

They have been quick to respond to my questions and quickly fixing any issues that arose with bulbs being broken (which will happen in transit) to adding more chain length because I have a two story living room area.

The only tricky part was installing it because it"s a bit heavy, so I needed some help. I also had to double-check the bulb types and wattage.
I sincerely apologize for this. To ensure product quality, the item is relatively heavy.
E
This is an absolutely gorgeous fixture at less than half the cost of other sources! The glass balls are a nice weight and beautiful swirled glass. The fixture itself was easy to install but placing the balls takes some patience.

8 globes arrived broken and when I notified the company, they immediately agreed to send me replacements... which they did. I sent a note to the seller. They replied within a few hours with a fed ex tracking number for the broken glass balls and even included an extra three just in case.
We will enhance the safety of packaging and transportation.
M
They need to make larger scale for a statement piece.
Thank you for your trust. We support custom sizes if needed.
