Return And Exchange Policy
We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving their order, subject to eligibility review and approval.

Returns or exchanges that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
In cases confirmed as shipping damage, product defect, or fulfillment error:
* we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid return label
Customers may be asked to provide photos or videos for assessment purposes.
3. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:
* Customized or made-to-order lighting fixtures
* Clearance or final sale items
* Free promotional gifts
* Gift cards
* Modified lighting fixtures
These limitations are applied to maintain product integrity and fair processing.
4. Return & Exchange Request Process

* Description of the issue or request reason
* Photos or videos (if applicable)
* Preference: refund or exchange
Our support team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
Approval is required before sending any items back. Unauthorized returns & exchange may not be accepted.
5.Inspection & Resolution
Once returned items are received, they will be inspected within 1–2 business days.
After inspection, we will notify you of the outcome, which may include:
* Approval of refund
* Approval of replacement shipment
* Partial or full resolution depending on condition
6.Return & Exchange Shipping Costs
If the return is due to the customer’s own reasons (such as a change of mind or ordering the wrong size), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost. If the item is damaged or incorrectly shipped due to our error, we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid return label.
7. Refund & Exchange Timing
* After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will ship the replacement within 2–3 business days.
* Refund will be issued to the original payment method within 2–3 business days after approval.
If you haven’t received the refund within 2-3 working days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before a refund is official posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@sendelelight.com.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled for a full refund before shipment. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
